Kew Bridge Steam Museum is pleased to announce the launch of a new exhibition, Explore the Sea Floor, opening on 8th January through to 2nd March 2008. This interactive exhibition dives into the sea-bed and reveals the unusual creatures that live there.

- Meet the animals that live there
- Explore a virtual sea-bed
- Fun activities relevant to the National Curriculum Key Stage 2, 3 and 4

- Enlarged model of a Sand Mason Worm
- Animals of the sea-bed including a sea fan and sea slugs from the British Isles
- Sonar Towfish - research equipment
- A sampling grab - research equipment
- Sediment column (showing different types of sea-bed gravel and sand)
