The 90inch, Boulton & Watt and Maudslay beam engines will be in steam this weekend, demonstrating the full power of Waterworks Beam Engines. We now only run these engines once a month, so this is an opportunity not to be missed.

 

The focus of this weekend is on the working life of the Victorian pumping station with specialised talks, behind the scenes tours of the original workshops, as well as tower tours.

 

Related activities will help kids get steamed up as well. (the steam hall rotative engines will not be running on this weekend)
