We are looking for engaging, friendly and proactive people to volunteer on our families programme.
Responsibilities will include supporting and delivering family activities at weekends and during school holidays, helping to redevelop the family trails, and being the point of contact for families visiting the museum. We also welcome ideas for activities to try so if you have a creative mind then this is the position for you.
All stewards will receive specific training related to the activities and there will also be the opportunity to have training in First Aid, British Sign Language and assisting visitors with special needs. Due to the nature of the role you may be asked to undergo a Criminal Records Bureau check where necessary.
