Armed with a glass of mulled wine and hot seasonal fare from the Lord Nelson on the evening of Tuesday 24th November between 6.00 p.m. and 9.00 p.m., you'll be able to shop at leisure at local independent stores and hetitage attractions, all under one roof and for one night only. Kew Bridge Steam Museum will be in attendance and is supporting this event.

The ever-popular Live Steam Model Railway Show once again chuffs into the Kew Bridge Steam Museum on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 November 2009, opening at 11am with last entry at 4pm both days. (show closes at 5 pm)

The weekend of Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th October 2009 sees the return of the ever-popular Festival of Models. Open from 11.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. this show is a great model boat and model engineering event, created last year by the combining of our Model boat and Festival shows.
War Returns to the Waterworks at Kew Bridge

Making do with what one has? Stretching the last penny until it cannot be squeezed any further? Sounds like life today in modern Britain.
But this was what everyone left at home had to do during the Second World War. And it is what Kew Bridge Steam Museum will be doing during its third annual Waterworks at War exhibition from 11 am to 4 pm over the Bank Holiday weekend of 29th, 30th & 31st August.

The Kew Bridge Steam Museum will be offering a sparkling new attraction for families on Sunday 12 July when it plays host to Scratch Patch – a giant wooden pit holding thousands of gemstones– and gives children the chance to dive right in.
