Improved Volunteer Recruitment & Training
As part of the long term sustainabilty of the Museum, it is vital that the Museum regularly recruits, trains and retains a suitable volunteer force who can play a major part in its operation, development, upkeep and continued care.
We are hoping to recruit new volunteers over the next few years and to secure special funding to facilitate volunteer management, training and further Museum development, to retain the specialist skills which are required to operate a unique site such as ours.
