Exciting Changes at Kew Bridge Steam Museum

We have just started work on a major refurbishment program here at the museum.  Project Aquarius, as we call it, will result in exciting new exhibits opening in Spring 2014 You can read all about the changes by clicking on the button.

During the refurbishment the museum will operate its usual weekend programme of events with the engines in steam (Saturdays and Sundays, 11:00 to 16:00, only). We will not be open weekdays, including bank holiday Mondays until refurbishment is completed during 2014.

During the work, access to the museum entrance will be via the 100-inch engine house adjacent to the workshops.

Special arrangements are available for those needing disabled and pushchair access. Please ask at the ticket office.

We run our steam pumping engines every Saturday and Sunday; our Rotative Engines run three weeks of the month, with our Cornish Engines running once a month on our Giants of Steam weekends.
